Digital Products (Downloads):

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds on these purchases.
  • Exceptions: We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for duplicate purchases or if the file itself is corrupt and cannot be corrected.

Physical Products (3D Prints):

  • Returns: We accept returns on physical products within [3] days of delivery.
  • Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Contact Us: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage/defect.
  • Resolution: We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Custom Orders:

  • No Returns/Refunds: Custom-designed or personalized products are generally non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
