1. You’re Responsible for You

• HoodBilly Haven takes no responsibility for what other sellers do.
• What you create, how you sell it, and how you treat your customers is on you.

2. Honesty is the Best Policy

• Don’t try to pull a fast one on our customers.
• Be fair, be upfront, and treat your customers like gold.

3. Get Your Ducks in a Row

• Make sure your return policy, privacy policy, shipping info, and terms and conditions are all in order.
• These are your policies, not ours. But feel free to link to ours if it helps you out.

4. Treat Your Customers Like Royalty

• Be polite, be helpful, and go the extra mile.
• Treat your customers better than you’d want to be treated.

5. Show Us What You Got

• Make sure your product photos accurately represent what you’re selling.

6. Hustle Hard and Make Us Proud

• Put in the effort, promote your products, and build a reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

7. No Second Chances for Shenanigans

• We don’t tolerate dishonesty or shady dealings.
• If you’re caught trying to pull a fast one on our customers, you’re outta here.

8. Get Paid, HoodBilly Style

• The minimum withdrawal for PayPal is $20.
• Bank transfers require a minimum of $50.
• Need your money sooner? We can do a transfer anytime for a 5% fee.

9. Keep it Real, Keep it HoodBilly

• Be polite, be informative, and be honest.
• Hustle your heart out!

Additional Rules

• Product Quality:
  • Makers: If you’re makin’ it, make it good!
  • Resellers: If it’s truly garbage, eat the loss. Otherwise, sell your heart out!
• Prohibited Items: No XXX-rated stuff, and no illegal items.
• Intellectual Property:
  • Makers: Don’t sell copyrighted or trademarked material unless you have a license.
  • Resellers: You’re good to go on reselling legit, trademarked items.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle customer issues like a pro. If you can’t reach an agreement with a customer within 5 business days of a return request, HoodBilly Haven will step in to mediate.
• Account Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time for any reason. Play fair, be honest, and keep your customers happy.
