New S07 Max E-Bike From Aostirmotor!!
Flagship Bike, Just Got Better!!
Aostirmotor is one of my favorite companies I have worked with. Always above and beyond my expectations. I don’t have to bother them all the time, and they don’t bother me, ever. So as I’m putting things together, I’m learning. Just because I’ve moved onto Additive Manufacturing, doesn’t mean I can’t still maintain and use my relationship with Aostirmotor and bring my customers one more value packed product!
So I decided to see what They had up their sleeve for this year, and although it doesn’t look like they have a new line of bikes. They have added the S07 Max. Which is really a motor upgrade to their Flagship S07-B. I actually suggested this to my guy Darren @ Aostirmotor almost immediately after having the S07. Not because the S07 isn’t fast enough. 27mph on an oversize peddle bike is plenty fast enough for most folk!

How Bad Ass Is The S07-B You Ask?

I’ve rode the bike long and hard enough to tell you, it’s built to last! It’s just plain tough! I haven’t had to change a tire yet, and I’m over 2000 Miles. I think I’ve tested this bike! I’ve also not had an issue with the battery, at all! I do as instructed and even when not in use for a month or so, discharge the battery, and then give it a full charge.

I can’t be positive, but it sure appears the S07 Max is going to have the same problem as the B did. Under this Prototype is a large whole in which wires for the “Controller” run up to the handlebars. Spring is here, time to get on that! Great testing weather!
On The Printer!
So back to Designing and Printing I went. This new prototype is on the printer, providing the walls work as I intend. Aside from a “Logo”, this guy will do the job! This is a “fix” or “need” that I can solve, and that’s why I love designing and being able to print out the design in a number of material types. I will be able to do this affordably, efficiently, and quickly. With that hole covered, you shouldn’t have any Controller problems. Which is the one thing I did have to replace the first controller on the bike, but that was well over 700 miles of winter wetness in the Great U.P.. So if you own an S07-B or intend on it.
