Can Your Printer Handle the Flex?

For optimal results with PolyFlex™ TPU90, we strongly recommend a direct drive extruder setup. This configuration minimizes the distance filament travels, ensuring smooth and reliable extrusion for flexible materials.

Dial in Your Print Settings:

  • Printing Temperature: 210˚C – 230˚C
  • Bed Temperature: 25˚C – 60˚C
  • Printing Speed: 30mm/s – 60mm/s
  • Fan: ON
  • Retraction:
    • Direct Drive: 3mm distance, 40mm/s speed
    • Bowden (Indirect) Drive: 6mm distance, 60mm/s speed

Drying for Perfection:

If your PolyFlex™ TPU90 has absorbed moisture, dry it at 70˚C for 8 hours to restore optimal printing performance.
